Hexagon Set Screw DIN 933
The hexagon set screw is arguably the most common fastener used in the construction and manufacturing industries. It has a hexagon head and a fully threaded shank. Sizes range from M1.6 to M100 and it can be made from materials such as mild steel 4.6, high tensile steel 8.8 zinc plated, high tensile steel 8.8 self colour, high tensile steel galvanised, stainless steel grade 304 A2, stainless steel grade 316 A4 & brass as well specialist materials such as high nickel alloys, high grade stainless, Duplex, Super Duplex, aluminium bronze & titanium. Hexagon set screws are available in a coarse pitch, fine pitch and extra fine pitch where neccessary.
This product is often called a set bolt.
