Product Returns
Our returns policy
Fix8 Limited is committed to providing customers with the highest quality service and products. If you decide to return goods supplied by us for any reason, the goods must be returned to us in the original condition and at your cost. Once the returned goods have been received by us a full credit to the value of the goods only will be issued. If we have arranged a courier to collect your returned goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present when the courier arrives as we are unable to specify a collection time.
If, on the rare occasion we have delivered you faulty, incorrectly supplied or defective goods, Fix8 will arrange a collection, repair and delivery service free of charge.
