Deep washers are used to fill the recess in types A, C1, D1 and D2, whenever the nut comes next to the Lindapter. It is needed with coach screws, tie rods, studs or the nut of an ordinary bolt. Where any two recessed Lindapters are on one bolt, a type W is required under the nut.
