This is a torque controlled expansion anchor comprising a split sleeve and bolt incorporating an expander wedge. It is a through fixing, therefore allowing the hole in the substrate to be drilled through the pre-positioned fixture, eliminating the need for marking out, ensuring fast and simple installation.
